My mission – Eva Edenvald / Founder
I love what I do. I am passionate about motivation and inspiration. To believe in and recognize the highest potential in every person. My coach education in 2006 gave me useful tools. Asking questions, being an active listener…all the important core competencies. But being genuine and showing commitment have to be in your DNA.
I have had the pleasure of working in the context of motivation and inspiration for many years within an exciting international company group. Creating 13 massive corporate events for employees, and about 30 recurrent talent club meetings has given me a lot. Being responsible for the management trainees, coaching them and being involved in coaching managers too. Coaching entrepreneurs and individuals in different phases of life as well.
It made me aware of the amazing power of dedicated people, from different areas and even different parts of the world, while putting their heart and soul in what they do.When I asked them how they think they got these astonishing results, their answers were often ”I love my job!” It’s an attitude, but also an active choice. We have to acknowledge these persons, and give them the possibility to spread their sparks to others. Get others connected too.
Motivational events and recognition are important parts in creating engagement in a positive company culture.
The companies today are in constant change. Some employees thriwe in this, others may feel confused and uncertain. To have everyone onboard when leaving for new opportunities is cruical. If your co-workers are engaged it will help your company grow.
In times of uncertainty it is momentous to make an active choice. Committing to step on to that ship with great expectation and passion, or finding another ship with better use for one’s special strengths.
I want more people to love what they do. Individual coaching is a great way of creating awareness, in order to get there.
Make it genuine. Make it engaging. Make it fun.
Looking forward to team up with you.
